1. Once a month select a CHANGE Package from your Lifestyle Management Kit

2. Read the instructions in this booklet for the CHANGE that you pick.

3. Set a Goal for your CHANGE if one has not already been set for you.

4. Begin your change on that day and continue it forever   (this sounds like a long time, but really it is not.)

5. At the end of the month complete your self assessment for the month.

6. Mail, fax or email your assessments for further suggestions.

7. Use the internet sites and educational materials to expand your knowledge, do fun activities & complete health assessments.

8. As you progress through the months continue your commitment to the CHANGES that you made in previous months.

CHANGES take time!
Do not expect to change overnight. This program is designed to change you slowly, but permanently.

Make CHANGES forever!
When setting a goal remember that you are making this change forever, not just this one month. Be reasonable and realistic.

Consistency counts with CHANGES!
When you set a goal, stick to it, every day. By staying consistent you will force yourself to create new habits!
